INFORMATION ON RETURNS, EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS
Returned for afterthought
Our return policy is valid for 14 days. If more than 14 days have passed since purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or replacement of the item purchased with another item.
To be able to access the return procedure, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it, with the original packaging perfectly intact.
Any item not in its original condition, damaged or returned more than 14 days after delivery will not be refunded.
Only regular priced items can be refunded, unfortunately promotional or personalized items cannot be refunded.
Shipping costs are not subject to refund.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the acceptance or rejection of your refund request and, if successful, we will agree on the refund method.
Substitutions
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged in transit. To replace with the same item, please send us an email to info@natys.it .

Shipping costs for returning the item are the responsibility of the buyer. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
In case of loss or non-delivery of the returned item by the courier, we will not proceed with the refund.
