Coffee Bitter ORGANIC Seiers

Coffee Bitters are fantastic ingredients to work with. They can go a long way, because coffee, dosed lightly, adds many layers to almost any flavor.

Used very lightly it enriches the flavor of a cocktail, without the cocktail ending up being covered by coffee. But you can play much more with coffee. To give a finishing touch to alcoholic cocktails or to accentuate a Black or White Russian with an extra layer, your "Russian" will be decidedly different without straying too far from the original.

When we prepare homemade syrups, we always add three drops of Bitter to the coffee after it has cooled. Not that you can taste the coffee in the final cocktail, but it enriches it.
