Lime Bitter ORGANIC Seiers

Lime Bitter is an ingredient that is used in cocktails for different purposes.

It has lots of floral notes to bring out the lightness of the lime peel and the oils that come from it.

If used in very bitter cocktails, it reduces the bitterness. If you add a drop when enjoying a white tequila, it will also add a fruity touch and accompany the floral notes of the agave.

It pairs with many things, but it seems to be at its best in fruity cocktails and, of course, if you want to add an extra layer to a Margarita or other lime-based cocktail.
