Premium Organic Bitter Seiers

Seiers Scandinavian Craft Premium Bitters are organic and sustainable. We use sustainable recycled glass bottles. The rubber and plastic parts of our droppers are produced sustainably. Our bitters are made with high-quality alcohol and our organic grain spirit has been distilled 9 times.

We wanted to make bitters like in the 18th century, but optimizing their taste, so that they worked best in cocktails. So, first, we decided not to use sweeteners. Since bitters began as medicines, sugar was often added to make them more pleasant to taste. In 2021, according to bartenders, there were so many ways to sweeten a cocktail that we wanted to remove the sugar from the bitters.

The goal was to create a product without additives, made only of organic herbs, fruits and spices and the highest quality alcohol.
